Your Prize Money is Guaranteed Safe With Us
We at DataForce Fantasy Football are fully aware of the number of fantasy football sites that have gone under lately and failed to make good on prize payouts. You have every right to be wary when joining a new site. That's why we make all of our prize funds visible.
Prize Fund Protection: Above and Beyond
State legislation in many places is buckling down and requiring proper accounting of prize funds, including either a bond covering the prize fund or, better yet, a totally segregated cash fund. We go several important steps further than the law:
- Our prize fund is completely transparent. Nothing hidden.
- Your deposits for keeper leagues are also safely included in the fund.
- All customer balances, including payments on teams in leagues which have not yet filled, are kept in a separate audited bank account, away from operating funds. We do not touch your money!!
- Forget the legal requirement of annual or bi-annual audits. That hardly protects anyone. We have an attorney firm audit these funds quarterly, for your peace of mind and ours.
What is your relationship with DAEH Law?
A strictly legal one. We chose them because of their expertise in accounting. But the opinion letter itself (which is also made public; you can click on the image that looks like a letter to read DAEH Law's findings) also makes this clear:
"We have no present, prospective, or contemplated financial, pecuniary or other interest in the business or property that is the subject of this Opinion Letter. Additionally, we have no personal financial interest or other bias with respect to the property or the parties involved." (Chris Head, DAEH Law)

For your protection, all player funds, prize money and team deposits are held in a trust fund audited by Christopher James, LLC. This money cannot be used as operating expenses and must be held in reserve.
Your leagues will be marked with an asterisk (*) and can be clicked open to view amounts.
The deposits and prize funds listed here are not the property of DataForce, LLC and are exempt from claims by potential DataForce creditors. Deposits belonging to the league as a whole, rather than any individual team owner, will be labeled "Community Deposits."
